Where are you located?
We are an online store based out of Dallas, TX. We do plan to have pop-up shops in the future. Stay up to date by following us on socials!
Where do you ship?
We ship anywhere in the continental United States, Canada, and Mexico.
What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns or exchanges; all sales are final. A good amount of our inventory is on consignment, meaning we sell items for many individual sellers/consignors. These consignors are paid out shortly after their item(s) sell. For this reason, we are firm on our return policy.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Most orders are prepared for shipping within two (2) business days of placing the order. When it has been boxed, and a label has been created for your tracking, you will receive an email confirmation with that information. Customers typically receive their purchases within 3-5 business days from this point.
Are all the items you sell authentic?
Ravecave.shop sells only 100% authentic product. We do not accept fakes or counterfeits. We guarantee the authenticity of every item we sell, and have in-house authentication program to inspect any product to be brought in on consignment.
When will you get more of an item that is sold out/different sizes?
Because of the nature of our business, we cannot predict or guarantee that any specific item or size will restock. If you have an inquiry about a specific piece, our team is able to keep an eye on the market for it. Subscribe to our email notifications to stay up to date on new merch.
Does Ravecave.shop buy merch outright?
We will occasionally “cash-out” for merch for a reasonable negotiated price.
How can I sell my merch with Ravecave.shop?
We are in the process of building out a more integrated and expedited process of consigning with us. For now, please reach out to us by email at shopravecave@gmail.com - Include a photo of the front and back of your merch, any blemishes or imperfections, and your asking price. If the pieces align with our market value assessment, we will contact you with next steps.
Who sets the prices?
Prices are negotiated based on what the piece sells for at fair market value. We agree on a price with our consignors before going live with the piece. We always attempt to price items to move quickly.
When will I get paid for my consignment?
We issue payments weekly on Fridays so that if you have multiple pieces for sale, you do not have to wait for the whole lot to sell. We offer multiple forms of payment including PayPal, CashApp, Venmo, Zelle, Bank Transfer, Check, etc.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
If you are purchasing online from outside of Texas, you will be subject to sales tax based on your location.
